Shipping

  • Do you provide International delivery?
    • At this time we ship only to the United States.
  • When will my order Ship?
    •  We ship within 2 business days unless it is a special order. 
  •  What if my order is backordered?
  • We keep constant communication with you. We will email you the expected ship date and you will have the chance to cancel the order at that time should that not meet your needs.
  • How do I return an item?
    • Not satisfied with your item? Email us and we will send you an RMA to speed up your return. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and shipping charges are not normally refunded. Orders that are refused are charged a 25% restocking fee to cover handling, return fees etc. Refunds will not be given for items that are used or damaged in any way. If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered or are defective or damaged, you should contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for instructions.
  •  What is your returns policy? 
    • We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 of purchase. We can't guarantee ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents created by children or animals. ​
  • How do I track my order? 
    • We will always supply you with a confirmation email once we ship your order. This email will contain a tracking number so you can see when it's coming!
  •  How can I contact your couriers?
    •  Visit USPS or FedEx.com with your tracking number that is emailed once shipped.
  • ​What are your delivery options?
    •  Our preferred carrier is FedEx and second is USPS.
